Looking Back at our Design Entrance for one of Bensons Property Group Office

A small, yet memorable design strategy for a Port Melbourne Office entrance was created by studio equator. The challenge centred around the need to seek a suitable tenant.

The main deterrent to the suitable tenants was seen to be the entrance, so we created a sexy looking special experience, which facilitated the immediate property leasing.
