In collaboration with Melbourne’s most renowned designers, Metaxas and Dig, combined with the property intelligence of Bensons Property Group team, Studio Equator makes up the C3 design team in the development of Melbourne’s newest residential apartment solutions. Based in Brunswick, C3 Apartments encapsulates and engages the urban surrounds and offerings of Melbourne’s city living and makes stand to its upholding status of “Most Liveable City”.
C3 is a community-minded and engaged property development, for those that love apartment living and all the advantages of inner city living. The aesthetic of the building reflects an intention to entertain, form connections and encourage a unique and tailored lifestyle.
The secret is being able to see the potential in the land and then having the skill, knowledge and experience to realise that potential. This comprehensive process and the Studio Equator team put in place for the C3 project is unique and gives the essential step in developing impressive design. Combined with our ability to discern potential and our skill and design sense as both architects and interior designers, is why we attract great clients and achieve great financial results that consistently and significantly outperform the market. At Studio Equator, the team love a challenge and thrive on variety. The founder of Studio Equator, Carlos Flores, wanted to have the creative freedom to work in different disciplines and do something meaningful and personally rewarding.
Studio Equator’s C3 design team was specifically selected to bring originality and a point of difference to the design solutions for enhancing the communal areas within the sky space, roof terrace and media lounge.
Studio Equator followed C3 Apartments’ three elements of progressive thought: of design, technology and lifestyle. Central to the structure – and to C3’s connectedness – is the building’s ‘green heart’. This central atrium spans all floors and opens apartments to light, crossflow ventilation, and sky. At the summit of C3 is a lush vertical garden and terrace with communal BBQ area and internal dining lounge. Open to expansive views of Melbourne, the terrace gathers people together with the sun and sky as their canopy.
